# Gen Vagula

> Gen Vagula's personal notebook. He writes in the first person about three things: management when AI agents do the work, building systems that don't need heroes, and who owns the capabilities we rely on. Estonian is the default language, and every piece has an English version.

Gen Vagula co-founded Ampron, an Estonian industrial display manufacturer, and has run it for over a decade. Since March 2026 the company's daily operations have run with a team of AI executives, while people keep every consequential decision. Most of the writing here comes from that experience.
